We can’t get rid of life’s problems; they’re inevitable and trying to avoid them is a lesson in exhaustion. What we can do is: learn to practice acceptance; to grow, to heal and work toward living our best, most meaningful lives.

I have nearly a decade of experience as a registered psychotherapist working with adults in mental health.

My therapeutic approach uses various modalities, including but not limited to: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
